E-Commerce Keys to Success in 2006
Most people that started websites in the mid to late nineties are living the good life. They most likely have a website that is making them millions of dollars each year. For those that did not get into e-commerce back then, they may think it is too late but it isn’t. The biggest thing about e-commerce then compared to now is, it is more technical.
In the nineties backlinks and search engine optimization did not matter, and their was little competition but things have changed. Below are 5 tips to help you achieve e-commerce success in 2006.
1. Write articles and submit them to article websites. This will help you increase the number of links you have pointing to you website.
2. Post in as many forums as you can and make sure that you have a signature with your link for each forum. Doing this will also help you obtain more links pointing to your website.
3 Pay $299 to be included in Yahoo’s directory. It will help in your placement throughout the web.
4. Send out press release using free press release distribution services. That will help you increase the number of links pointing to your website.
5. Exchange links with the owners of similar, non-competing websites.
If you follow those 5 steps with your new website this year, you will be well on your way to e-commerce success.
